First things first, we need collaborator access to get started.

Prior to onboarding, we will send a <a href="https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/staff-accounts/collaborator-accounts" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">collaboration request</a> to your Shopify store.

We will need the collaboration request to be accepted before we can start the onboarding process.

Create your API token. <a href="https://docs.stay.ai/reference/authentication" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Here's how</a>.

Now for the fun stuff. Let's add the Stay Ai App.

Why duplicate your existing theme? Duplicating your live theme allows you to work on a draft of your current theme. This lets you make all the necessary updates to your subscription program under Stay Ai prior to publishing anything live on your site.

To create a duplicate of your theme, follow these steps.

Log in to your Shopify Store. On the left hand panel, select “Online Store” within the Sales Channel option.

Select the Actions option within your live theme and select Duplicate.

- Select the Actions option within your live theme and select Duplicate.

The duplicated theme should now be listed within your theme library.
