What are Digital Punch Cards?

Stay AI’s Digital Punch Card brings back the nostalgic and familiar feel of a tangible punch card. Engage customers with a simple, streamlined way to clearly see their progress toward specified rewards and seamlessly apply them to future orders.

With Stay AI’s Digital Punch Card, you can engage customers with their favorite punch cards, digitized.

Using a format most everyone can recognize, the visually engaging punch card is directly accessible in the customer portal. Subscribers will be able to seamlessly apply their awards to upcoming orders. You can enable the digital punch cards and set up incentives like free orders or free product.

How do Digital Punch Cards work?

You can set up Digital Punch Cards within the merchant portal. This help center article will outline specific step-by-step instructions. You can set the value of a punch, enter the required number of punches, and set up the incentives for completing a punch card, all from the Tools menu in Stay AI's merchant portal.

For customers

Digital Punch Cards are embedded directly into the customer portal, enabling customers to track their progress toward exciting rewards every time they log in.

How does a Free Order work?

You will be able to set up the maximum order value that a free order incentive will apply to. For instance, if the maximum order value is set to $50, if a customer has a $45 subscription, they will receive their order free. However, if a customer has a $70 subscription, they would be responsible for the $20 leftover value on the order.

Customers will be able to redeem awards after they have earned them. Redeeming will involve selecting the subscription order that they would like for the free order to apply to. At that time, we will generate a discount code. If the selected subscription has a discount code already applied, we will email the customer their discount code to use on a one-time purchase or subscription order. If the selected subscription does not have a previously applied discount, the discount code will be automatically applied to their subscription and will process on the upcoming order.

Will rewards be added to the upcoming order automatically?

Not at this time. Customers will be able to redeem awards themselves when they log into the customer portal.

How can I customize my brand's Digital Punch Card?

You can customize the colors for the background, text, icon, and icon background of your Digital Punch Cards from the Customize Portal > Design menu in the Stay AI merchant portal.
