What is NoFraud?

NoFraud protects e-commerce businesses through their robust fraud prevention solution, designed to protect you from fraudulent transactions, including those related to subscription orders.

Utilizing advanced machine learning algorithms and real-time data analysis, NoFraud accurately detects and stops fraudulent activities before they can impact the business. For subscription orders, NoFraud continuously monitors transactions for suspicious behavior, such as unusual purchase patterns, high-risk geographical locations, and inconsistencies in user information.

How does the NoFraud Integration work?

Stay AI passes customers’ IP addresses to the note details on every processed order. This information is initially obtained through checkout and updated if customers make any changes to that subscription via the customer portal.

NoFraud uses this information to alert you of suspicious behavior. You can use this information to build a workflow in Stay AI based on whether an order contains the nofraud_fail tag. It's a quick and easy way to make sure any possible fraudulent subscriptions get canceled right away!

Use Cases for NoFraud x Stay AI

Using tags from NoFraud in Stay, you can build a workflow to automate the process of canceling subscriptions tagged as fraudulent.

Building workflows using NoFraud tags in Stay AI

  1. Navigate to Workflows in the Stay AI merchant portal.

  2. Select the trigger that applies - A Subscription Order is Updated*.

    1. *please note this trigger is not available to all Stay AI merchants. If you'd like to leverage it in your workflows, reach out to our customer support team!

  3. Set your conditions for this workflow.

    1. Select Tag from the Order Contains dropdown.

    2. Click Order Tag from the Comparison Type dropdown.

    3. Enter the tag from NoFraud: nofraud_fail.

  4. Click Next

  5. Set the next Action for when your conditions are met.

    1. Select Update Subscription Status from the Action Type dropdown.

    2. Select Canceled for the New Status.
