Stay Ai's Gorgias integration allows you to manage all of your CX tickets directly in Gorgias. Whenever a customer opens a new ticket (i.e. asks to speak to a person), the ticket will open in Gorgias, though you will also be able to view that thread of messages in Stay Ai's Customer Conversations tab.
Let’s go through the steps to set up your Stay Ai x Gorgias integration.
Log in to the Stay Ai app through your Shopify store.
Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
Click “Integrate with Stay Ai” in the Gorgias box.
You will see a screen of 3 fields to fill in.
Enter your Gorgias store subdomain (example.gorgias.com).
Enter your Gorgias API key. If you have trouble finding it, here is some information.
Enter the email address of a Gorgias admin user. This email will be used for integration purposes only, so any admin role email address will work here.
To test the integration, follow these steps:
Opt in to subscription management via SMS through your customer portal.
You should receive an opt-in message and a welcome message.
When prompted with menu options, reply with the option to speak to a human.
Log in to your Gorigas account to confirm whether a ticket has been opened in Gorgias.
